@Kenbro, I really don't care about the money, wherever it went, it's the shear lack of manners on the part of the admin responsible, it'll be getting on for a year now with not so much as an apology or explanation for why the card never appeared. I must confess it's coloured my whole attitude to this forum.
Has anybody ever received one? I always wondered how that works for our overseas members anyway. I don’t think Halfords have gone global
Not wishing to sound like the Xmas grinch but even with a discount card Halfords tends to be more expensive than other outlets, I avoid buying things there unless it’s something I need immediately, B&Q the same, a good example being they were asking £120 for a collapsible ladder, I got the identical item, same brand, same model number on eBay for £56, shocker!!
Yes Sorry Kenbro, I did . My apologies for not getting back to you. The problem was/is with Halfords apparently. Since the pandemic they have been very slow in posting out cards, Rob has said he will refund anyone who hasn't received a card . He apologized for Halfords lack of urgency.
Halfords where certainly on the ball in getting slow! Paid mine 10 March I think. It is what it is, I’m not bothered and won’t lose sleep over it. Thanks for taking it up with Rob, and your reply, Havit. Cheers,Ken.
