"Conspiracy" Where, who tell me, leave nothing out we must get to the bottom of this, conspiracy. Perhaps we should form a team to investigate, we should do so in secret, tell no one. No one!

Yeah, I should have written "people that find on the internet video from other people with the same secret belief".. But that was too long..

My personal beliefs - and yours - are immaterial.

I am interested in the process and the rules of the game because the election WILL be litigated and no amount of ‘nonsense’ and ‘nothing to see’ will change that.

Throwing out State cases does not, of itself, prevent appeals. Indeed it is to be expected. It is just part of the process but only one strand. The Texas suit which may well be joined by other States goes direct to the Supreme Court and may well plead the unconstitutionality (14th Amdmnt) of States unilaterally changing Federal law on postal voting. That alone has the potential to reverses ‘results’ in ALL the swing States.

And that’s before any other evidence of electoral fraud. AG Barr, of course, referred to voter fraud. Another legal hair split? I don’t know. Plenty yet to come.

Irrespective of the process, this is looking increasingly like a lot of smoke and no fire.

There goes another splendid word I had to google... I was so stimulated, I nearly swooned! I don’t think I’ve been this aroused since I learned how to pronounce Eyjafjallajökull whilst gazing upon her snow white breast!

Being one of your current play things... what would you consider to be the”fair and reasonable” result of all this shenanigans? Please don’t hide behind indecipherable guff, what’s likely to actually happen in your opinion?

Agreed, lots of "verbiage" and that time we have the economy of a sentence from this poor Voltaire who wouldn't request such exposure in the context.. But I'm honest, I take benefit of that to increase my poor english skills.

I am in no position to judge beyond suspecting skullduggery on all sides. It is a mix of Constitutional law, civil electoral law, criminal law and a mass of evidence of highly variable quality.

The ‘man on the Clapham omnibus’ might be Mr Reasonable in English law but ‘fair’ is a word beloved of politicians because:

“When I use a word," Humpty Dumpty said, in rather a scornful tone, "it means just what I choose it to mean—neither more nor less." "The question is," said Alice, "whether you can make words mean so many different things." "The question is," said Humpty Dumpty, "which is to be master—that's all."

That is an unsubstantiated opinion masquerading as a ‘fact’.

I hope you were not being rude!

Edit: Magritte’s surreal joke is that it is not a pipe but an image of a pipe. There is however a VERY rude French expression involving pipes o_O

Correct, but our verbose friend seems incapable of accepting it.

I see... guff it is then... I will ask one more time, because I’m genuinely interested (at the surface level) what impact various outcomes may have... what do you think we may reasonably expect to actually happen, if your cautionary musing come to fruition?

Oh it is entirely possible the apparent result gets overturned but I cannot estimate the probability because I haven’t seen the hard evidence but there is some evidence.

I reckon I'm going to need a 2-year supply of popcorn. Kind of like after the 2016 election. And no progress will be made in the USA. Again.
