I wanted carry out inner bags for my triumph pannier set. I have used these in the past when I had my first Tiger, I can confirm that they are excellent value for money and they fit the original panniers well.
I can recommend your idea with the inner bags. I am using the original Triumph bags, which are really cool and useful, but they are really "pricey"!!!
