According to Bennetts, there will be a factory Triumph race team next year. "Triumph Motorcycles will have a Factory supported race team in the 2021 British Supersport Championship!"
765, IIRC I heard something about the SS rules changing regarding engine sizes etc in BSB in 2021 as a test for possibly making the same changes to WSS in 2022.
I didn't think that they would go back to 675 (for a triple) which was the max under current rules. Triumph used to do very well in BSS, last winning the championship in 2015, will be great seeing them back on the grid, I would imagine the 600cc 4 cylinder bikes will be at disadvantage unless there are increasing capacity as well?
Could be, I think it's going to be like WSB, in that, if a bike wins, they'll reduce max revs etc until it evens out.

Cheers mate, couldn't see anything about increased capacity for the 600 4 cylinder bikes, so I guess they stay as is, if that's so I reckon the 765 Triumph could be a winner, especially given the development that has gone on in Moto 2.
