k n air filter

just put a k and n air filter on the 2010 thunderbird. said I didn't need to do any remapping on the bike, true?

 

As far as I know if you have not done the exhaust as well you should be fine.

I have done K&N and cat bypass without re-map. Runs great.

 

Just check the colour of your plugs from time to time. These bikes are already programmed to run lean for exhaust emission reasons so you don't really want to be adding to that, without a remap.
