Selling this old steed and looking for around £700 it has about 33 /35 thou miles without checking. The most of the money will be going to the Charlie fund request i have on the forum. Its nearly fair condition runs well and is sorned at present. So if someone wants a winter drop me a line.

I've discovered recently that suggesting this sort of thing to riders who've just passed their test doesn't always go down very well.

You are and always will be a real hero to me. Yes the old bike is fair. And a great machine for anyone looking for a plodder that just keeps on going. It is no showroom bike and cost me a little more but i want to do something to help another child.
    God Bless you all
    Joe.

Nice little bike, Joe! So will you be down to four bikes in the stable then?

What's the Charlie fund request? I've been pretty absent from the forum for a week or so and am a bit behind the forum times and news as a result.

Yes four bikes but Triumphs. I am thinking about selling the T140 as well to ad to the Charlie funds. The fund is for this young man https://www.facebook.com/charlieilsleyUK and for once in my selfish life i have got to thinking about others other than myself. And yes i did miss your input here and you know the peeps here need your story telling to keep the place alive.

Thanks for the link, Joe. I don't have a Facebook account but did find your other post related to the Charlie funds and just now donated.

I'm with DD, you are incredibly unselfish and generous. As if your son, evidently. Like father, like son, if appears. No surprise there.:kissing_heart:

Thanks i love you both. I just needed to help this lad. I don't know but something just made me want to do something good in my life. I am a member of four Bike clubs and until now this is the only forum that has responded and helped. That is what make you the best people in the world. But i have been me me me to often and people like you have made me see things from a different point of view. Especially you Sandi and Dozers Dad will always be top of my list of hero's.
    Regards
    Joe.

    Sorry johnboy51
I didn't get a pm I have searched. Rugby is a long way away just for a Honda. Unless you work this way. And the charity is one i pray will turn out good. I have paid into other charities like st Album street but this one has me hooked and i just can't say enough prayers.
    Regards
    Joe.

Joe, what a great offer... if I had the money spare, I’d be on it for you... if it doesn’t sell, could you raffle it on here???

Good luck with the bike sale mate. Brain tumour charity is close to my heart as my brother had a long and unfortunately unsuccessful battle with it. Have sent in a donation.
