Time to say goodbye to my 2012 R1200RT, which has been mine from new, traded in for a new T120. The RT was bought as a two up tourer and filled the role perfectly. However, since my wife passed her test a couple of years back, we hardly do any two-up work as she, rightly, prefers to ride her own MT07.

I have always had a longing for a Bonnie after riding an SE years back whilst one of my bikes was being MOT'd. I hope the reality lives up to the dream.

Sounds familiar. My reason for having a Multistrada will fade the same way soon.

Welcome to the family. You will love your Bonnie. My 2010 Bonnie i just adore it got attitude and roar not offensive but just enough to make me think i reverted back to the sixties or seventies. Just love it. Do keep us all posted.
    Regards
    Joe.

It is a really good machine. Kate has had it since passing her test and has no desire to change it for something else.

Picked it up on Sat. 250 miles so far and all good. It’s my first naked bike in years and, whilst it is good to be back on a naked, it is taking some adjusting.

Kate test-rode the T100 when I was out on the T120. She liked it but not as much as her MT07. She has had the MT from new right after passing her test three years ago and I don't think she will be giving it up anytime soon. She absolutely loves it.

Hi MEM62 and welcome to the forum  Nice, love the raven jacket too. Had mine some years and is my touring jacket. Waterproofed it with beeswax and helps hold the warmth :p

With the offer from Triumph I had £500 to spend on kit and £500 on accessories. The kit I picked was the jacket, a pair of Kevlar jeans (that were not priced but I got for £40) and a couple of T-shirt’s. As for the accessories, I had cruise control and the chrome rack fitted.
