    Hi, thanks for adding me
Due to pick up my Tiger 1200 XCA next week all being well
Ive been a Yamaha rider for the last 14 years R6 x2 R1 then lately MT10
Wanted something that me and the wife(boss) could both enjoy so went down to my local Triumph dealer for a test ride (Lings @ Watton) excellent service from Darren in sales.
Was a bit apprehensive especially when i looked at the hight what with me being vertically challenged
So got on board side stand up me on tip toes with my arse puckering in case i drop it
Pulled away from the dealership and within 200 yards was converted OMG that quick shifter is so silky smooth made my MT10 feel so agricultural, i can not believe how good this bike is to ride for such a big machine, the engine, brakes & suspension are sublime
I can’t wait to put some miles on it, i was close to giving up biking all together but this has reinvigorated me
I originally wanted the XRX low what with me being a short arse but theres no availability from Triumph, so I’ve ordered a low hight seat, i was just wondering if any of the other members had had any experience with the Lust Racing lowering kit which drops it by around 40mm and if it affects the centre stand?
That’s my short introduction thanks again for adding me

    Hi there!
I know from my experience that yes, both side and centrestand will be effected.
Side stand (unless you make it shorter) will stand up the bike more vertical and the centre stand will be a bit harder to use but obviously be upright still.

    Thanks for the advice
Just watched a vid were the guy put the bike into rider mode with off-road setting used but had traction and abs turned on, dropped the ride hight down so would come in handy for town and slow manoeuvring?

You can adjust the modes to fit what ever you would prefer!
If you fancy that, then go for it.
It'll be trial and error but after a few trips out, you’ll suss it as perfect for you!
    Enjoy the steed!!!
