Well I’ve been out all morning Drove 95 miles to have a look Had a look Nah.....not for me Well not that one Didn’t feel right and was disappointed with how shoddy it looks when it was in front of me So I drove 95 miles home and now my Feckin shoulders are killing me and I still don’t have a bike back to the tinterweb
Keep looking & the right bike will turn up, unless you're desperate for a bike right now then generally the bargains are to be had in Nov/Dec. Don't know if you have Face Book but there is a North East Bandit group where bikes & spares get advertised, I used to go on it when looking for spares for the race bike.
Doesn’t have to be a bandit Just thought that one was a bit of a bargain with the luggage and low mileage Looked VERY neglected when I was up close to it Possibly even been in an accident Far too much stuff changed out and looked like it had been outside for all of its life Never mind I’ll keep looking

True dat, Wessa. When I bought the Bonnie I had only seen her on the internet, but they were going fast -it was the last one they had in stock, so I took the plunge and told the guy I'd buy it and set down a deposit over the phone. Chancy, for sure. But as soon as I saw her in person it was love at first sight! Mrs. JtC even said, "that's the one!" Solidified once I took her for a short "test" ride.

Alright ya piss taking bastids On a brighter note I got back on the tinterweb thingy and typed in Tiger800 4 to 5 grand Have wittled it down to 3 I wanna see One in York at a dealer One in Hull And one....get this in Washington just round the corner from me So I gave the bloke a ring and have just got back from viewing it Feckin hell what an absolutely gorgeous and well looked after bike It’s an XC in metallic Satin green and I simply can’t fault it Got a good few folding in my pocket and don’t know how I didn’t put some in his hand to secure it But two things put me off Spoked wheels and 21” skinny front wheel Not a deal breaker though but I wanna have a look at the one in Hull Back in the car tomorrow to have a look at it and it’s BLACK BUT if it’s not for me then I’ll be straight back on the phone and tell the bloke with the green one that I’ll have it Not gonna bother with the one at the dealer as I phoned 3 times and let it ring for ages no answer and it’s got wavy discs on the front Wish me luck
