    Now that I've got that week in september off anyway, I've decided to go to France and ride a stretch of the Route Des Grand Alpes. Always wanted to do that.

    I will, mate. The wife is away with a friend that week, so rather than being home alone I thought I'd make this trip. I'll be on my own, riding my own pace.

    I suspect the French surrendered and collaberated as soon as they heard that Covid-19 was advancing. :eek::D.
    Yeah ok, a racist joke but I do love french bread, and wine, and toulouse sausage, and fois gras, and salade de geziers des canard, and french wine, and french pate, and French countryside, and french markets, and loads more too.
    Edit: and pain au raisin, croissants, pattiseries etc
