They more than likely will be, our mate @Foxy1 can F and blind but Mrs Foxy must also be upset at this
Absolutely, mate. To say she's devastated, is an understatement. She's also scared now, no matter how much I try to support her, and persuade her otherwise.
Ahhs gitten me fing’rs cross’d tha wassacs put t’thinkin caps on’t heeds n’ yank it aht bag fer thee. Yon Pillocks need fong up t’arse ah reckon!
A friend of mine has had to go through a similar situation and was messed around in the system until he got his MP involved and things then seemed to move more quickly and he said that he noticed that he was not fobbed off as much when the MP was copied into the emails etc. All worked out for him in the end and hopefully it will for you as well.
MP's or, in my case MSP's are definitely useful in these situations. My stepson had a breakdown in mainstream school (He has autism) and was left high and dry at home with no schooling and no support because we were too 'rural' for services to reach. We contacted the local MSP, Mike Russell and, all of a sudden the services started moving like their lives depended on it. Although I don't like his politics (He's SNaziParty) and as a person he ain't exactly friendly or personable all it took was his office to make an enquiry of Social Services etc. and they got things sorted.
Hmmmmm ...... NOT good. You're right to be circumspect in what you say and do from here on in - these people have ways of making life difficult just for the hell of it if they think that it will serve their purposes and meet their personal aims. Don't give them any free ammo. Stay calm, stay patient and polite, be (outwardly at least) respectful of what they say and want and you've got a much better chance of getting the right decision. We''re all rooting for the three of you. I'm known to write a fairly good letter if you ever want to use me to express your views - I can even do a bit of the "management speak" if it's necessary. Feel free to PM me if it's of interest. Meantime, fingers crossed.
@Foxy1 you need a good solicitor and your local MP on your side. It's what they get paid for! Good luck to you all!
@Foxy1 really hope everything gets sorted at the next hearing mate I’m sure any right thinking judge will see this situation in your favour and stop fucking about!
