My Daughter had her car serviced yesterday and they applied a 'sanitisation' fee. My daughter is a nurse and mentioned that she could do her own sanitising. Alfie

Most garages provide a complimentary valet, whilst servicing... Am I missing something but haven't we been told all along that soap and water kills Covid, so isn't a wash/valet sanitisation? Just another excuse to fleece more money, devious gits!
I'd have stood there and announced out loud that there's no tip as it's already been taken by the covid charge and they should explain that to the hard grafters on the shop floor.
