Just a word of warning if you are thinking of ordering anything direct from Drift .Before you part with your money make sure they do not use a company called DX to deliver the merchandise. I placed an order direct with Drift and they used DX to deliver the goods and received an e mail saying the parcel would be delivered on Monday but nothing turn up .Was told the driver ran out of time .Told the parcel would be redelivered on Tuesday ,no parcel arrived .Same again for Wednesday ,no parcel arrived, Thursday was promised with out fail it would be delivered on Friday Friday no parcel arrived so made contact with DX and was promised the parcel would be sent out and I would receive it that evening .No parcel arrived .Drift did not want to get involved until the parcel had arrived .Doh DX customer service just fed me lie after lie and I do not have a clue where my parcel is .Gave up and I am now going through Pay Pal to get my money back from Drift .If you buy direct from Drift make sure they do not use DX to deliver your good they are beyond awful words can not describe how bad they are .Stay well clear of DX delivery .You will regret it if you don not
Not as bad as Yodel they don't deliver at all then mark the tracking information as delivered then eBay won't give a refund
Receiving a lot of notifications on line saying delivery driver attempted delivery but I wasn't in. Lying fecal accretions.
So as the eBay get your item or get a refund guarantee is bullshit (one of the points I mentioned in a 30 minute shout down the phone at them) I've not used them since and just use bike shops directly and Amazon which has saved me a fortune
I've not had anything to do with Drift but.... Had a few steel deliveries recently and the carrier, the supplier chose not I, was DX. Absolutely no problems whatsoever, timings and notifications were all good so maybe its a regional thing and depends on the depot. I'm in North Yorkshire.
Well I in Lincolnshire and DX just keep promising delivery but just do not turn up then give you some bullshit excuse and tell you it will 100% be delivered the next day and nothing turns up and the cycle starts again .Told DX to send item back to suppliers if they can and I am going through Pay Pay to get my money back .Shame because I like the Drift cameras but there delivery service is awful
