    Hi gents and ladies

I have done circa 600 miles on my new street RS 2020 and I'm in love save for one annoying issue I am having with the quickshifter.

Quite often under heavy load or high rpm (6000 to 8000 maybe) when attempting to shift from 5th to 6th it JUST WONT GO no matter how hard I pull up with my foot. when this happens I have to ease off the revs and apply power again and try again or just pull the cutch for a traditional gear change. I took it back to triumph were the mechanic took it for a spin and said the dreaded 'no problem there mate maybe you are shifting at too low rpm, works fine for me' which I'm not. He must have barely done 3 miles on it whereas I've done 600 so pretty sure who is best placed to know if there is a problem or not. I was wondering if anybody else had encountered this and what they did to get it resolved?

Its booked in for its first service and this time I will not take the bike home unless they resolve this issue.

Mine does the same between 3rd and 4th always at mid rpm, done 2000+ miles, still no better. When it happens I just give the clutch a squeeze and all is well.
