Its The Bank Holiday Tomorrow Are You Staying In Or Going Out?

I should have added in the title ' going out on two wheels' I'm undecided myself. The weather forecast is good,but as it is a Bank Holiday, I'm thinking I might stay home and try and sort the garden out instead. Living in a touristy area, there was a prominent Police presence out and about locally yesterday. Being retired, I have the luxury of being able to go out when I like, so I hope I can go for a few rides mid week instead. What are your motorcycling related plans for Holiday Monday?

 

Had to travel about 20 miles to look at a house today so took the bike for a spin, first time since lock down. Just did there and back to blow away the cobwebs. Won't be out tomorrow.

 

Big bag of stones from Wickes and a pond to sort out, definitely hiding out this bank holiday

 

Same here. I never ride weekends or bank holidays unless doing things with working people

Home,,,,,,cos I’ve been advised to stay home until 30th June

Then again its not the end of the world,,,,,,yet

 

I'm in Scotland, so still locked down. I believe that in England there's a special dispensation for trips to Durham and Barnard Castle, but I would need to get from home to Gretna first, so I think I'll stay at home.

Staying in gearbox problem on bike. I can only get first and neutral wont change up the box.

 

Staying home and putting up a new greenhouse for Mrs Freck.
Still waiting to be able to collect my new bike so can’t go out on it yet.

Out yesterday twice. On the tiger in the morning and then the thruxton in the afternoon. Staying around the house today cause it is my birthday. Going to be a day for just me and the wife to potter around the garden and just sitting in the sun

Staying in and planting the flowers in house gardens, might go out on the bike Wednesday, I went out last Thursday and there were loads of bikes out, prefer it quiet.

 

Had the Tiger and Thruxton for a while now, so you never know

 

This may upset some who interpret the guidance differently, but I'll be obeying as I understand it and staying home today.
