So, I've been working from home since the lock-down began, no problem, as I've been doing that for over eight years now. I draw architectural plans and have had enough work to keep me going without having to meet anyone or visit any sites so far. (although I could have done as that's the bit that couldn't be done from home).

I had three appointments lined up this week before Boris spoke on Sunday, one of which was today over in Durrington, Wiltshire (near Bulford Camp). Good to get the Bonneville out and not feel guilty!

Nice bike and nice pics :)

Some people may not appeciate how important it is for your own well being to get out the house when you work from home. I've worked from home for 15 years, and been single for a lot of that (though that might be a blessing :p), so to then not have the release of freedom gained from riding a motorcycle is quite tough.

Before the naysayers start, I know there are far more serious things and people are suffering a lot worse.

Hopefully wee Jimmy krankie can follow England and allow us out on our bikes too. But I doubt it, today Scotland's health minister was tweeting Asda because a friend of hers didn't get her full Asda delivery (I'm not making that up), obviously things must be sorted up here and I missed it.

The best thing for your health to be outside among the springtime. Lots of sunshine and fresh air, with the occasional gasoline nose and exhaust .... it blows the stink off a body, that's for sure.

A crisp breeze sneaks past my collar.
As I round the bend at Argo Corners.
The breakfast nook lies empty, once full of expectant farmers.

I can still smell the bacon, wallowing in grease like the creature before it.
    Now silent.
    The desolate diner weeps.

Straight road to the creek crossing.
and up the hill in forth gear, wind her out.
    Alone I hear the roar.

    Hope is in the wind.
    To join my friends again.
Twist a hearty throttle, and rest in the pub so dear.

    Keep the faith.

I did have a tail tidy fitted but got tired of having a wet back and seat whenever you rode in the rain or along a wet road.
