I hope to be making this into a mini tour for myself and SWMBO who will be in tow on her Daytona. We'll make our own arrangements accommodation wise but hope to be able to meet up for the talking bollocks fest in the evening and ride out(s) in the daytime. Looking forward to meeting you all.

I don't know. I will see on Sat I presume. I don't know anything about them. I briefly looked at the picture and it looked like the designer had put loads of effort into the front end and forgot any detail from the tank backwards. I am still reeling. I have raised a monster.
I am planning on dropping in for a day as part of a mini tour down thru Yorkshire and back up thru the lakes. Well that's plan, but the finances will be the deciding factor, that and the SWMBO on the pillion seat. It will be her first gathering of any kind, so don't think I should inflict more than one day and night of talking bikes and bollox with you lot !!!!! ;-) Will have to wait to confirm or book, finances currently in the air, but once settled will get this booked.
If it's Aug I'm screwed. Its our 40th anniversary (I know I would have got less for murder), and my young'uns are 'planning something' for sometime in Aug but no date as yet. I'll look out for the expected 'tasteful pic's and stories.
Hi JTD, It's about 500 kms up to the port of Dieppe and I'll get an overnight boat to Newhaven. Then the following day I'll do in a oner to Buxton - about 240 mls, then hit the bar !!!!!! Does this question suggest that you might be coming then?
Ah yes! Being a daft bugger helps to keep me sane ... if that makes any sense at all!! Worryingly, for you lot, I may be able to gate crash this little party, albeit on a 'day pass' basis. Nothing definite as yet though. However ......... YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!
Starting to look good. Four of us booked in and Col C joining us with a few promises of gate crashing! Well done the biglad for thinking this one up and getting the ball rolling.
Too early to say yet, may well have to be a gatecrasher too, but a pal of mine and his wife both have trumpets and live not too far from Buxton so may stay there.
