There was some vitamin tablets I took which made my pee very bright yellow. That was either D or B. I stopped taking them after that.

it's very difficult to OD on Vit D, probably a reaction to another ingredient or an unfortunate coincidence. Did you buy from a reputable supplier?

I just looked it up. It is vitamin B. Apparently if your body has sufficient then the bright yellow pee is a side effect

Good to look for the humour. The Media are getting right on my Tits! (Moobs) can't watch any of the news at the mo, they just rant and rant utter drivel.

Former Swedish Chief Scientist talking about Sweden's response, and other interesting stuff. Quite different to what you may have heard elsewhere ...

The drawback being you’ll have to wear tatty track pants and wife beaters when you go out, only shop at Iceland, keeping well clear of the fresh produce section and get a tv that’s too big for your lounge.

Interview with Dolores Cahill: Professor of Molecular Genetics and Immunology:

"There are two major things I want to say to people:
First of all there should be a lot of hope, that this virus is not as dangerous as it is said to be. And also, that there are major issues, like the media is reporting the number of cases, when actually someone who has had this virus (like me, I had the virus in January-February), your immune system clears it after 10 days, and then you are immune for life."

"And the second thing is that half the people who died in Ireland are over 80, and that children, unless they have chronic conditions like Cystic Fibrosis, they will have no issue. So what I am saying is there is no need for the lockdown, and we can all go back to work."

"People who have underlying conditions ... (if we had) told them to build up their immune system in the next few weeks by taking Vitamin C, D, and Zinc. And then they could have actually engaged in society. And no one would have actually been sick, and that's the thing, there is actually a preventative ... no one would have died at all. Hydroxychloroquine has been shown by Doctors worldwide to be the most efficient treatment for the Coronavirus."

So many things wrong with that, it's just complete (and dangerous) misinformation.

Telegraph article, worth a read to get an alternative narrative to the BBC -

    https://outline.com/dxxvyx

"The latter is exactly what some experts, such as Prof Philip Thomas at the University of Bristol, are exploring. He suggests that hundreds of thousands could die if lockdown is ended too slowly – and yet his findings have not enjoyed nearly as much publicity."

I posted this a couple of days ago, then deleted it, she is claiming to know things she can't possibly know, such as immunity for life. She appears very well qualified and experienced, but she's going too far with her claims.

Hydroxychloroquine isn't a magic bullet, some evidence that if taken with Zinc early in the infection, then it can prevent severe symptoms, but very little peer reviewed evidence. That said, the trials conducted so far seem to have been set up to fail, i.e. patients already sick enough to need hospital admission, and without using Zinc. This could be to discredit Trump as he backed Chloroquine, or simple because the drug companies have more expensive drugs to sell.

Zinc works to prevent virus replication in human cells, this isn't new science, it's been understood for many years, the problem is getting cells to absorb zinc from food supplements, and this is where Chloroquine helps, it creates a pathway for cells to absorb the zinc.

The average life span in the UK is 81 years...then consider the figures below, also worth noting is that these are deaths "involving" COVID-19 does that not mean that they may have just tested positive rather than been killed by it? - I'm not trying to put forward an opinion, just simply questioning the narrative being pushed by the media.
