    Hi All,

    Names Chris,

    Going to be purchasing my first road bike in the very near future. Most likely the 2020 Speed Triple RS.

    I raced motocross competitively for about 15 years so I am at home on a bike.

    Girlfriend recently dumped me, so its time to buy something for myself for once! I cannot wait!

    So as an ex moto/enduro man yourself you don't think that it is absolutely insane for me to jump right on the speed triple?

    I have asked around and got a couple mixed answers.

    Sounds to me like you can ride well off road, so all you need to do is ensure you get some road craft skills and you should be absolutely fine. Get out there and enjoy :)
