    I posted this in the "I'm mostly........" earlier today, but thought I would give it a bit more exposure in here.

    My three grandsons put this together during the easter holidays... I added the words to the video a couple of days ago.

    what really pisses me off about the lockdown, is that while we are under virtual house arrest, our wonderful leaders are still allowing this ... they are taking the piss.

    I can’t open that site (my antivirus software), so what is the story?

    Wessa,
    FlightRadar24 is an app. for aviation enthusiast to track aircraft, so you’d need to download it.
    There is a free version if you just want a quick gander.

    edited to just load just the pic, it's showing flights still coming in from China, so while you can't get on your bike and ride to a café, someone can still board a plane in Beijing and fly to Heathrow and travel the length of the country on public transport.

    Not sure on that plane, but it could have been a freight plane.
    Lots of goods still moving about the world, including PPE.

    International flights are still taking place. Government advice since March has been "no international travel unless the journey is essential".
    No definition of what constitutes essential so presumably you can make your own reason up!
    Absolutely feckin ridiculous :mad::mad:

    yes, it could be a freight plane, but it's still government policy to allow passenger flights.

    An interesting read :cool::cool:
    Think it says more about the shoddy and sensationalist reporting that has been going on to scaremonger and slate the efforts of all concerned. I have no doubt that there have been shortfalls but cannot believe that any Government, regardless of political persuasion, would rod off any advice given by world and national experts at any stage :rolleyes::rolleyes:

    By coincidence, I was talking to someone today who mentioned FlightRadar and strange grid pattern flighpaths. Just had a look and found these three. Aerial photography or lockdown surveillance?
