Someone will I'm sure enlighten us all as to the name of this great product. And hopefully Dozers Dad will treat us all kindly. Regards Joe.
Dozers Dad Yes I do have some Diamondbrite in the garage. Comes in little 250ml bottles. One a cleaner prep and then a polish. Now I will give it a go. It has sat there for about 10 years now never opened. Thanks for the heads up. Regards Joe.
OK, I know y‘all expect me to come up with the appropriate German answer to all of this Corona-Polishing-Picture-Frenzy... I checked, and found this in my garage, hidden behind the Harley-Tractor (right @dilligaf ?) Took it out. Was still polished. So here‘s the polish(ed)-teutonic-tank-pic...
Hey Jez, my mum was a hairdresser. It was one of her favorite cars but since it was 4 times the price of an E-Type (at least in the States) at the time, my dad said, why not settle on a Karmann Ghia...!?
Today's ride was filled with challenges. I live close to Ortega Hwy here in Southern CA. It's a great run on most days. After a week of pouring down rain and people being quarantined, it was anything but normal on Ortega today. Two separate crashes involving guys on what looked like rather nice Harley bikes caused delays. Once clear of all that mayhem the rest of the day was great. Extra clear blue skies with the rain and low traffic this past month. All the rain did present its challenges as I headed to an area that is known for flooding, De Luz, CA. Great riding roads but as you can see in the picture the water crossings were getting deep. All things said, it was still a great day to get out and forget for a moment these crazy times we're all in. Stay safe!
Not so much shine, but work. Got the family out, with proper social distancing... Blue is ready, with new filters, oil, and general checkout. Will ride to work now. Virginia dripped oil from busted neutral switch, fixed, drained bad gas from previous owner and she runs respectable now, fabricated license plate frame, and waiting on new bar-ends from Germany. Lucifer fired right up, but sprayed gas from leaking return fuel fitting. UPS lost the replacement, so I wait. Triumph over death. Spring do we arise Oil and gas restrained Bring those bikes alive.
I’ve given my street triple the once over with GT85 on the engine & frame plastics, wheels with mr sheen and valet pro matte protect on the paint, I reset the service warning which was easy, yesterday I gave my leathers a rub up with renapur and took the lining out of my helmet and cleaned it with baby shampoo so I am all ready to go once Coronavirus as fucked off.
Totally agree and I must admit, I'm always envious of my missus when we're out riding together, have you tried one @Repooh.
