I think Jennifer and John are the same person, photos taken on different days of the weekend... actually, they all could be the same bloke! You’re gonna have to get a bigger gun!
I had that with some electronic parts, thought I was ordering from UK, eventually turned up from China and didn't work. I had a good rant at them and they offered me a 50% refund at which point I called them a bunch of scamming Chinese c**** and how do they sleep selling s*** they know doesn't work. The next day I had a full refund.
Ha ha, you never know, I'm usually so polite and careful when dealing with that kind of thing, I think it was just the straw that broke the camel's back that day, at least I got my money back and no harm done.
https://www.bbc.com/news/uk-england-sussex-52254724 https://www.bbc.com/news/uk-scotland-highlands-islands-52254259 This sort of stuff grips my shit, these lower specimen's of life should have been smothered at birth Rubber batons should be used to educate them, what a society we have today.
Aye I have had a few like this myself, so have stopped ordering from the bastards they even have the audacity to have a union flag in their advert, I must admit they are not my favourite race of people at the moment
Maybe that's part of the problem is being nice and PC, some things need to be said sternly, like your boss or a real parent. Then again if you burn their ears and rip them a new arse hole, and this occurs multiple times each day from other customers they will get a clue, quit and the business will struggle to find workers. All businesses depend on workers to generate revenue to pay management salaries, and not the other way around (except government).
I was trying to buy a $55 digital camera on what looked like a real website on March 3rd, hit the last button after the confirm and a bunch of Chinese script showed up. Cancelled my CC account immediately, and disputed the charge as fraudulent. Today a package arrived from China, taking all precautions I opened it outside. Inside was a pair of ugly Ray-ban sunglasses. Probably fake.
It's crazy how much of the stuff I get for work (electronics) has to come from China, a few years back I bought a hot air soldering station, it lasted 5 minutes so I sent it back, got another one through a British company, it was an identical Chinese machine and also broke after 5 minutes. Most of my electronic parts have to come from there, there doesn't seem to be any choice. I would really like the western world to turn it's back on China now and resume manufacturing in Europe and America, it's probably not as easy as it sounds but I would certainly pay more for something of better quality.
WTF!! Does everyone think it’s ok to just throw their rubber gloves out their car windows or what, they’re not going to just dissolve, effing things are all over the place, in supermarket car parks, pavements and verges, why can’t they go in the bin like any other rubbish?
The impression I get is that it’s a result of more than just China’s state run supply “take over”... it’s our consumerism at lowest possible prices... under investment in manufacturing... standards are definitely lower than when I became an apprentice 35 years ago...
That time is already here... but take some words of inspiration... “Just remember what ol’ Jack Burton does when the earth quakes, and the poison arrows fall from the sky, and the pillars of Heaven shake. Yeah, Jack Burton just looks that big ol’ storm right square in the eye and he says, “Give me your best shot, pal. I can take it.!!!”
Problem is everything is run by accountants these days and has been for thirty or more years. All they see is money money money, they never see people.
Yes but the problems come when accountants are appointed to the board. That happened where I used to work in the nuclear industry and it caused lots of issues for a few years until profits were dropping. They then had a clean sweep of the board and put some engineers back in. Profits went back up soon after.
Why are people putting rainbow pictures on their windows? Quite simply, people have been putting the colourful pictures on their windows to cheer up passers-by. The rainbows aim to make people smile while they’re walking by, and also offer a message of hope. https://metro.co.uk/2020/03/25/coronavirus-uk-pictures-rainbows-12454395/?ito=cbshare
I like both. But not usually at the same time - unless, of course, the recent rain means the' scantily clad sexy women holding the rocket launchers whilst draped over a military vehicle' are wearing wet, tight clothing. DS
