So does that mean we need to go back to discussing "riding my bike during the lock down", cause all the other stuff was much more interesting :imp:

    No Wessa, it doesn't.

Go to the back of the class, and sit quietly.

What's wrong with a quill, eh, tell me that?

Well, I've tried my best to put some order into this site, to stop the bad language, the innuendo, to get rid of the nastiness, and all I get is abuse..I..

...I give up. F###k it, I'm going for a ride.

    F###k it, I can't, it's banned. F###K it, I'm off to the pub.

Bugger, no I'm not, they're all shut.

What sort of bloody country is this?

If you were to set off on your bike to a supermarket and then swerve it to a different one, swerve that one too, etc you could have a bit if a ride and justify yo the cops that you were going shopping.
Clearly not within the letter or spirit of the law, but youd probably get away with it and not infect or be infected in the process .

Now we know we are not allowed to ride our bikes.

Many of us feel that is wrong and are being abused for expressing that.
If you think that bikes are so dangerous why do you ride?

Oh FFS! We've been told not to make unnecessary journeys. Riding your bike around for fun is unnecessary. Just suck it up and do what we're fucking well asked to do! It's not forever.

If you want to have a good ride round on your bike, ride off to the supermarket for something essential like Tilda Basmati White rice. If it's anything like around my way, you'll be riding around all day trying to find some.

By the way, UK's figures are around 17000 a year over the last 5 years, despite last year being only 6 or 7000

Sorry - checked my facts. ENGLAND not the UK.
And last year was under 2000.

These are Public Health England figures, not mine.

The WHO estimate between 290,000 - 650,000 deaths per year globally are associated with the flu.

This is a known disease that is vaccinated against on a very large scale!

My beef is that almost every time I disagree with the party line I get abuse and told my opinion doesn't matter.
Also, we are very close to martial law in the first world and that is not a good thing.
When politicians tell you it is for your own good and parade a multitude of celebrities out, that is worrying too

The current situation in hospitals has nothing to do with "opinion" or "celebrities" or either "being a sheep or not being a sheep". This whole conversation tend to be weird.
