We're meant to be moving to Tenerife in two years - I met my wife out there (she's actually Cuban), and she has an apartment near Los Cristianos as well as some family living there.

That said, I seem to be one of the 5% of self-employed workers who's fallen through the support net, and if this current situation wipes out my savings we may have a problem :(

We started off in the Creuse (23000) but now live in a little market town called Aigurande (36140) in Indre.

Use Goggle maps and type in the postcode number.

Very central indeed. I know a bit the area, I did my military duty in Chateauroux.

Chatx is about 45 kms due north of us.

Indre is not so pretty as the Creuse, but has more services.

Hi Hubaxe, I've just realised we must have come past you on our return from the 'Italian Job' - a 15 day trip we did from my place to "Le Pont d'Avignon", Nice, Fréjus and the North Western corner of Italy including Barolo and Vallée d'Aoste valley, Petit St Bernard & Chambéry.

Plan to move to Sweden, you gotta love a country that opens all its pubs as soon as Corona virus hits town, they are more afraid of long winters than a little virus:mask:

Nice area. I stayed in Le Pin where my ex had friends. I remember having an enjoyable ride from Le Pin to Argenton on a Velo Solex.
