You would be able to make multiple bends in different directions, thickness of the metal is going to be the limiting factor, and probably not suitable for round bar.

 

Make a simple jig using bolts set into a plate at the required bend points?

I’m sure it’ll improve things, I think it’ll take some pressure off the chest, maybe cause a bit of wind noise round the helmet though. Hope it works out. Nice grey/silver Union Jack paint job if it does?

 

I did try to buy a silver version but got outbid, not sure what to do, I always likes red and silver on classic bonnies and I have a red tank cover that I can switch on it to replace the silver union jack pattern if I fancy a change

 

did a 110 miler today with the new screen, it does improve the wind cheating abilities. Went to M&P's for breakfast then did a loop along the Swansea valley and pass the carmarthen vans via llandovery and home

 

FRONT TYRE REPLACED
As some may have read previously , went to Newcastle Triumph for a front tyre change yesterday, feckin freezing there for 9am turned out they ordered wrong size tyre only took them an hour to tell me, that then a wait until it was made fit to ride home again, re-booked for today checked before I left yesterday same time slot agreed, gets there this morning 8.45 earlier cos traffic was easier, tyres dont arrive he says until between 9/ 10 am so I smile and have a coffee, 2.5hrs later walks over - oops tyre hasn't arrived he says, not going to be here until Monday. #### would you feckin believe it, but they did have cake as they've just won Best Sales, best achievement and get this BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE awards.
Waited for bike to be brought back from workshop and off I went. -
See you all on Monday for part two of front tyre replaced (getting like a @dilligaf thread )

 

That's a real piss take mate. I hope they offer you something for your time, petrol and general inconvenience

 

his guy has one. Youll need to look through his vids I cant remember which one it is.Anyway he does some metal fab in this one.

 

That wont happen mate , Newcastle Triumph share a Honda dealers workshop few business's down from them, Triumph is closed on Mondays so I will be getting sorted via Honda showrooms workshop.

 

Make sure it goes on the right way around.
