Well, I sent off for my ticket! IF I set off it will be an epic for me at that time of year, and, with no proper riding gear! Not to worry though, I’m good at taking calculated risks...just not very good a calculations. I think this might hurt. How many other on this forum got tickets? Cheers,Ken.
Me you and @speeder as far as I’m aware I’m meeting three rally mates at ferrybridge services on the Friday and we’re stopping overnight at a hotel somewhere before doing the rally on the Saturday I’ve taken the Monday off as well in case I’m late leaving Sunday for some reason
We plan to leave on the Friday and stop overnight at ellsmere in the pub. Then push on to the rally Saturday morning. Hopefully weather will be decent...pissed down all the way last year. This will be my 33rd, every year l say "this is my last" but come November l always end up getting another ticket!
Sent my cheque and two S & SAE off last week and today got a letter but no ticket. Conferred with dilligaf then posted on Dragon’s fb page. My ticket’s waiting there until my cheque clears, so all is good. Should be good weekend, especially if nobody tries to absquatulate with others belongings. Cheers,Ken.
