Can't agree more DD. The food at all of the recent GMU's has been outstanding. If there are any forum members that have not been, they should get their deposit down for this years get togther in Wales......
Went into the Docs on Saturday for my Diabetic review. I've been a bit lame and the last one was April last year. Since then I have - Lost just over a stone - Lowered my HBA1C. Still higher than would like, but lower so happy - Lowered Cholesterol - Strong & Steady Pulse So overall, very happy! Especially considering that there's a Christmas & two holidays in that time. I think i can safely say that my Prop Forward days are behind me! No massive changes, just not so many Food & Alcohol binges.
Yep that is true, we will have to have a look at the take aways in town to provide for us. Or eat at lunch when on the ride outs and a sandwich in the evenings...
I think the reasom James and Andy have resigned their support is the amount of time they had to spend in the kitchen, so I think eating at lunch time when we are out will mitigate anybody having to spend any time cooking. Just saying.... Edit: If people want a cooked breakfast they can do their own, no big deal.
