It's the same arrangement as on this bike I saw parked outside the oil can cafe last year. Supercharger belt driven from the front of the motor
This thread is 22 weeks old and has 22 pages. Dillis bike arrives in 8 pages time so get writing guys
I have looked through most if not all of the available Rocket reviews, videos etc. Apart from this one where he readily admits he didn't want the bike (without riding it), every single one of them has the rider bursting into a "woohoo" or shouts of joy.
If you check the comments, he states it was the dealership although he does say he thinks Triumph may have had something to do with it but not why he thinks that.
I have seen the video and just because he used those words doesn’t mean that Triumph were actually involved (fake news?) It’s more believable that the dealer asked him to remove it as it didn’t show the dealer in a good way when it was being unwrapped It should have been fully assembled and prepared properly (polished) before he was allowed to see it Anyway I think he’s a DICK
You haven’t rattled my cage mate It’s that prick that calls himself Rocketman From what I can make out he started this Rocketman thing on YouTube in anticipation of getting his Rocket 3R about 6months ago Then when he gets it he decided it wasn’t for him Didn’t even ride it It’s a black one I ordered a black one I didn’t get mine I could’ve had that one Guy’s a FECKIN TWAT
So the guy did not like the new rocket. It is one person as far as I can see, so I would not get wound up. Seems a bit extreme to suggest that Triumph would put pressure on for him to remove the video, so like Dilli I think it is fake news. Buying and owning a bike is a personal choice so nobody should be influenced by others and should go with their own view.
