A company called Velocity-moto did the conversion on the XSR to get the look of the 350LC, no blue smoke though.

I like the look of that even better than my Roberts Replica MT09

But I hope they’ve finally got the suspension sorted cos it was so bad on this (and nothing like the one I tested) I had to let it go.

That looks great. No problems with the suspension but the OE S20 tyres are awful.

It does help! Thanks, Richard. Fun video. Makes me want to experience The Triumph Factory Visitor Experience. Seems it would be fun to do the tour, too.

Been sticking some heated grips on my yellow peril... then took it out for a shakedown ride... pretty easy job, makes a world of difference!

Went to have a look at this baby in the flesh today. Was disappointed in that it is one of the few bikes that didn’t look as good in person. Think my second bike will indeed be a Tiger 1200

The spedo back lights (2) on my old girl, 2000BMWR1100RT, went out. Holy crap, quite challenging. Inner, plastic, instrument cluster removal. Screws on back of speedo, mechanical speedometer line, then the cable from the trip reset to the speedo. Replaced those wee 74 wedge bulbs. Put it all back together, remembering which went first and where. Too late now, but should have used fingerless gloves as the back of my hands and lower wrists are either cut or bruised
from working in a very tight spaces. Mostly working blind by feel only. All back together and all lights working and nothing left over. I am committed to keeping this old girl on the road. She is my long distance ride.

While in Sydney for work, I stopped out at a mates fathers to see his “new” bike.
Owner had said it owed him AU$50k, so $30k was a good price.
Apologised for the shot angle but turn it up to get the rumble clear.

    RESULT!!
After over half an hour of head scratching, multiple cups of tea, the odd mince pie, sweat and tears I’ve finally managed to do it!

I managed to put my new oxford stormex cover back in its original bag!

Looks like a H-D "Breakout", Dartplayer. Is that correct? That's a big ol' rear tire!! Nice rumble.

Not sure if the model Sandi, I should have asked, but was impressed with the detailing.
That big back tyre sits on beautiful mag wheels and outlined by the rear light and indicators.
Would be the lowest clearance I have seen on an HD. I recommended the air ride system commonly used in NZ, which Dave will add next.

Did the 140ml round trip yesterday to take my new kawasaki for its 1st service,my knee replacement feels so comfortable with this upright position and the really wide seat, that even this time of year it is so nice to ride.

@Dartplayer, I'm curious about the air ride system that Dave is installing on his HD. What's the scoop on it? Would love to get updates on that bike as you have them. Thanks! :)

    I started the Tuono.

No real reason. Just wanted to enjoy and feel the noise from the twin Akra's. Just gotta love the noise from a V-Twin.

That's it, oh, I did oil the chain, looked a bit dry.

The KTM went for its MOT yesterday. Absolutely pishin Doon, but still enjoyed riding a bike. Seems like months since I was last out. Might even find a couple of hours next week to go out for a wee bimble on it.

Wow, that’s economical or is the garage only at the end of your road? :joy: :p

I'd heard the canals were a bit full so I went out on the pump to see if I could help out at all. This is the Standedge Tunnel, Marsden, just outside Holmfirth. Sadly the cafe was closed but I enjoyed the ride.
