At least you now won't be tempted to take the Rocket out during the wet shit and salt road season!!
Hopefully by March weather will be improving :sun:

Well, thanks for the date clarification for this yank, DD. ;) Hmmm, are you gonna be the "business manager" on this sweepstakes? Like being the business manager for @Bad Billy Racing? :worried::confused:

Dill'. You are a different breed than I am. I have the problem that I can't sell them once they are mine. My workshop is becoming an "old folks home" for Hinckley era Triumphs. I find them in someone's.garage. Rejected and put on some wanted poster that says."For Sale", they come home with me. The Mrs. has been very understanding about my illness and has let me keep them so far, but she won't even ride pillion down to the corner and back. ...J.D.

Would love to have a collection of Triumph motorbikes but I struggle to find time to ride one
I would especially like something from 1961 the year I was born :)
But would have to have a modern Hinckley as well :)

It sounds like you are a sentimental and sensitive guy, Wire-Wheels, when it comes to motorcycles anyway! (Don't worry, I won't tell anyone.) I love that you take home rejected bikes--makes me think of "The Island of Misfit Toys". I think it must be a blessing in disguise for Mr. Sandi and me that we are limited by space. We can't fit any more than four motorcycles at our house so are on the "replacement plan". It always pains me to trade one of my beloved bikes for another. Yet I do it anyway. Hmmm, guess you're a bit more sentimental than me.

No what you mean. I was riding all.three of them for a few years.there, but this year it has just been the America. Both the others need repairs this winter. Weather has turned cold and I'm retired. Trying.to decide which bike I want to work on. It's supposed to be rainy and cold all next week. ...J.D.
