When the bike is upwards, than the level is below maximum mark.

Its not that then. Now you need to go through the bleed scenario again. Also on your disc's make sure you free them all of. What I do is get two ceramic washers and a bolt just nip it up gently and spin those floaters. And when bleeding start from the disc furthest away. Then when done just recheck them.

Those floaters are free, that I can spin them by hand. Disc is in quite good condition considering they have "ridden" 40 000 kms. But previous owner was riding the bike quite gently..

Generally they shouldn't be that free. Should be a little resistance. But try bleeding again.

So after bit of time I finally took bike for a little spin around.

Front brake felt quite good and sharp but then it just started to feel weak as before, so I just ordered a new brake fluid and I´m gonna try flush the system with new fluid and see, if any bubbles fly out from the system.

Have you double checked all your banjo bolts?

So today I tried to change brake fluid on the front.. Well I did not spot any bubbles coming out of bike. After bleeding master cylinder I spotted, that there is now a small leak from the bleed nipple... So another nice problem. I´m just tired of this shit now. Bleeding did not solved the problem by the way.. brakes felt again like shit, has to apply big pressure to feel some bigger stopping power.. but nothing like, when I got the bike. Next week I´m going to serviceman to check valve clearances, so I will tell him about all this brake problem.. Hopefully he will manage to fix it.. So very much thanks to you all and I will reply here after service is done.

So the service is done. I told my mechanic about all this brake situation and he was a bit surprised, because he has never heard a bad word about STR brakes. So we started playing a bit. He has put in a brand new brake pads, same red Brembos (SA compound), which made absolutely no difference at all. Then he tried to put a different wheel with different rotors from another STR, which made again no difference at all. Then we tried again to bleed the brakes with diagnostics, again no difference. I even tried to tie the brake lever towards the grip over two days and no difference, so it seems like there is no air problem. So what next? Maybe try to rebuild the master cylinder, even that there is no leakage as seen in previous photos in this thread? I asked some people on Triumph page on Facebook, and everyone is telling me, how are the brakes awesome on the R, one finger strong and bity..My experience with brakes on my STR are, that I have to put a fast initial pull to the lever and use quite a force to feel some braking force, but this is only in higher speeds, over 100 km/h, in slower speeds and in town the front brakes are not doing much.. Mechanic thinks that rebulding the MC will not help.. what are your thoughts on this?

So guys, I managed to rebuild the mastercylinder with the OEM repair kit from Nissin. Brakes are now much more progressive than before and overall feel from them is better, so I assume the problem is finaly fixed. Thank you all for your help and tips. If someone need some help with rebuilding the MC, just text me.

Well done you stuck with it and succeeded. One little thing i would worry about is rebuild kits don't always cure the the problem for long hope i am wrong. But if they do go weak again then find a brembo slave cylinder like they use on the track bikes they are awesome.
    Regards

I was looking into some Brembo MC´s from Daytona 675R, but I was a bit afraid to get it from ebay.. So I went for the rebuild kit..
