Well peeps this is another thankyou for the Bulldog triumph staff. And my stupidity. Today took my Bonnie 59 for service. Got there boy oh boy. No money dam and blast no card's and to top it of wrong service book. They did say take a bike and get my cards. I declined saying I don't like riding other bikes. So they said no problem we can settle up if you get your Wife to phone and let us have your details. Next I get a call from Tracy saying our disabled son was in hospital having fractured his knee. This was on the shop phone that the staff brought to me. And again they said take a bike and bring it back later I said I wouldn't be able to bring it back as Tracy works till after five pm. They just said no problem bring it back when you can. I again declined. But they got my bike straight in and got it sorted right away and not only that but gave me a discount and said tell your boy to get well soon. They even treated me like I was normal. How's that for a service team. Fantastic people and so so helpful. Regards Joe.
Dozers Dad. They did an extremely good job for me like they always do. So no complaints. I think I am the idiot here and seem to be getting worse. Regards Joe.
Duckadildundee Thanks Mate. You know I was feeling right down so much so I left the shop and instead of riding home m4 London I realized I was heading for Basingstoke and I have done the trip many times. I got home and really didn't know how. Thanks the boy I hope bounces back. He goes through enough as it is with his mental state. But thanks. Regards Joe.
I disagree with your comment about being the idiot, Joe, not with that they did an extremely good job!
Sandi T. Sometimes I do despair. I rush around and I never look at what I am doing or going and just wish I had more of a brain. Regards & Ride Safe Joe.
