Wasn't sure were to put it, here, Scramblers or in Builds & Projects. Not mine, but from Instagram. Looks like they've done a pretty tidy job all round. I'd ilke a bit more foam on the saddle though.
Now the riding season is coming to close (yes fairweather biker alert!) I thought that I would complete the T120 for touring next year. Here is the finished result.
Those polished guards are a standout @MadMrB really change the look. The polishing to come will only make it more one of a kind, lovely
2019 Speed Twin, Vance&Hines exhaust, Corbin saddle, Rizoma 42mm bar risers, Tec Bike Parts tail tidy, KTech Razor Lite shocks, Tec Bike Parts front fork springs & adjustable preload caps, just added the black faux carb covers and will be adding Triumph black engine badges.
Yes the preload caps are very easy to replace. Remove the handle bars and take out the old caps and put in the new one. I don't remember the size but you will need a larger than normal socket to remove the fork caps.
I would say the preload caps make more of an improvement. The stock front suspension on the Speed Twin is pretty good. Changing the rear shocks makes a much bigger improvement.
