Not sure at the mo' tbh, need to let the financial dust settle. Going to register it in my name this morning - 210€, insurance 300€ - one or two little mods 300€. It never ends does it?
very nice too, but what is it? (I can see it's a KTM adventure, but which one) and that outer screen was on back to front wasn't it?
So the next category on the triumph forum will be........ "What have you been doing with your KTM today?" Heh heh You won't catch me with another make of bike!! I'm a just 'triumph and British' man. Eric
If he sells Bonnie will his collection of triumph bras stolen from the neighbours washing lines keep him qualified as a member of the forum?
I know that jealousy can come in many forms but please lads, don't get bitter and twisted. It's only a bike when all is said and done..........................................................................mmmmmm
It IS very nice, and that colour in sunlight is just plain beautiful. On the 500 kms run down to home yesterday I was cruising on the motorway at between 120 and 140kph with occasional forays up to 160 - "just to get the feel of her Officer" - and according to the on-board computer, the fuel consumption equated to 5.4ltrs per 100kms (about 50mpg) Done a bit of "hooning" this morning and she gulped a bit more. Spectacular bike to be honest. Everything feels like it's been made by engineers, not marketing men.
Very nice. I'm sure you'll enjoy finding out what all those horses can do. Certainly a top of the range bike.
Hi RR,honestly, without a shadow of a doubt it's the best bike I've ever had. The strong perception of quality throughout, that engine, the handling - it's all just soooooo great. As you can imagine I'm in Dreamsville.
OK stop now! I've just about made my mind up about changing the Speed next year and then you go and throw another machine into the mix Choices back up to 3 again now.
