Anyone know the following torque settings for a Speed Triple R?

    Front axle
    Fork Pinch Bolts (ohlins fork)
    Brake caliper bolts (brembo)

I know from previously owning Ducati bikes the torque setting specified by Ohlins for their forks can be significantly different to showa forks. If you tighten the ohlins pinch bolts to the torque setting specified for showa forks due to a difference in fork bottom design you can shear the fork bottoms which is a major headache and expense.

Appreciate some help if anyone has a maintenance manual with the exact torque settings.

    19nm for pinch bolts
Think it’s 65nm for actual axel
Not sure for callipers think it’s 45nm

    Sorry I’m not definite!

Thanks. Appreciate the help but need the definitive values for Ohlin Fork.

Not being pedantic but nearly sheared the fork buttons on a Ducati once as the showa value was double the ohlins value

This manual says 110nm which is massively different to 65nm hence my concern

It’s definitely 19nm for fork pinch bolts. I’ve got an RS and it says 19nm on the fork bottoms.

Tritun.net. You pay for your time on their website to download the pages you need. I think for an hour it was $10. Don’t remember if that was US dollars or Pounds. Also, you will need your bikes VIN # to access the correct manual. It was a little confusing at first but I figured it out and got what I needed within the hour.

    Thanks for the reply Steve.

I was hoping to get the complete manual tbh, but struggling to find anywhere I can buy or download a copy.

Anybody else help with where to get a Service Manual for a 2016 Speed Triple R

I wonder if the dealership can sell you a service manual. Might be a little spendy, but nice to have a paper copy in the shop.
