Handlebars on the T120, nice and solid, bit too narrow for me but getting use to it. Main problem is that they are too low!
Looked around for risers or spacers, cheapest were £40 for 2 bits of turned alloy and some old looking bolts.
    Lucky I work in a toolroom :D.
Measured some dimensions and made these. I bought a couple of titanium bolts and here we have it 25 mm rise on the bars, lovely position now.

    Hi,
I made another pair this morning.
I'm waiting to place the order for bolts.
I would like to sell say 10 sets over a small period due to being busy.
My price will be around £30 plus post a set and proceeds will go to the Distinguished Gentleman's Fund.

That is terrific that you are donating the proceeds to the Distinguished Gentleman's Fund, Cupoftea! A very worthy cause. I'm riding in it again this year and it's coming up soon--a week from Sunday! Beautiful risers--beautiful workmanship.

I noticed that your mounts are smaller in diameter, the ones I've made are 33mm. Do you want another size to suit?

Hi mate well spotted i just looked at your pic again as you have the T120 totally different headstock setup I have just used a vernier gauge and measured at the lowest point of the base 21.50 mm and the current blocks are the same one inch rise shall i whip it apart in the morning and pm you some more accurate measurements or will this do as not sure of the indent under the bolted original mounts,
    cheers, Nick

If they are just straight spacers then no problem, obviously cost will be less as no bolts required. If they are shaped in any way, let me know the sizes and I can machine them in.
