Looks a bit straight/angular rather than the longer contours of the original. I would look for a good fabricator to repair and re chrome the original.
Yes, it seems to look similar to what I've got. Very hard to tell without seeing it mounted on a distributor equipped bike.

Bike is coming along. Getting towards the end. I will send more pics shortly. Still looking for that elusive pipe!
