Ok no big event just took the Trident out for a 12mile run and it behaved perfectly ...i was expecting it to play up since its been shut away in the shed for the last 8+ weeks but no...should have been out to the Fenman Classic bike show on Tuesday but didn't happen due to raging toothache and 34 c temps...hope to get some more riding in before winter comes and it goes back to its comfy retreat in the house.;)

Still a bit stiff and achy ...but it feels more like mine so i feel much more confident on it...bit awkward flicking the side stand out but it will ease eventually....so the bike works a bit better than me for now.;):)

Good to hear that you are back on the bike, Take your time and the knee will be ok, I`m trying to get out on the bike as much as I can as I have to get my left elbow cleaned out in two weeks. Not looking forward to the op, good thing is I`ll only be in as a day patient.
