    Hi All,

Trying to remove my front wheel and although the spindle is unscrewed completely from the left side, it won’t come out at all and keeps spinning. Don’t think WD 40 will be helpful as nothing is stuck presumably.

Any idea what I can do differently?

Pic below- Right side spindle which is not coming out.

So I can only assume that unscrewing the spindle has spread the fork legs. I would screw it back in then put a ratchet strap through the wheel and around the fork legs as close to the spindle as possible to prevent any spread. Then try screwing the spindle out again.

Thanks but this didn't work as the discs are in the way.

Looks like the spacer got seized/stuck with the spindle on the right side and there is no way I can get a grip on the spacer. Am not too happy to hammer it out as I may damage the fork threads.

    Running out of ideas now.

I suspect that the spindle is stuck in the bearing that's why it spins.try get some WD40 in to the bearing.Try finding something round the same size as the hole on the fork leg and give it a tap but don't smash it to bits.
