    How can they substantiate that - disabled badge is there for a reason. Have you contacted local press? Or even local MP

    Yep - no one cares. MP, press, no one.

    How about national rail? The disabled spots out the front of the station are in the premium parking zone. Therefore cripples pay the same price to park as Aston Martin drivers... I got a ticket there because they changed their policy (from free to premium) but didn’t change the signs. They admitted the signs weren’t clear but still didn’t let me off the fine. My MP failed to make progress but at least they tried.

    You couldn’t make it up.

    The reality is that companies/councils can do what they damn well like.
