Thanks, Joe! Glad to read there are quite a few other ladies on the Forum. I'm sure I'll run across them over time. No worries if we all meet up one day down the road--or out on the road. I'm a "self-pay" kind of gal--bikes and all related MC expenses included. I'd even buy my own Bacon Rolls. No exceptions expected. When I get new bikes (which is reasonably regularly--or perhaps UNreasonably), people ask my husband about the expense. He responds, "It's not MY money! She buys those things with her own money." That said, when I'm in the market for a bike, I do lovingly ask him for his opinion. But then I go ahead and buy what I want.
Sandi T Glad as I am tight fisted as hell unless it's on the bike so you are paying. You know I don't even get embarrassed at all. Strangely myself and my beloved share the same opinion. She says its your money do what you want. But most of the time she chips in more than I. We share the bank account and she takes care of every thing. If I need money I just say babe I need x amount and she takes care of it. Love her to pieces. Not only my banker but the best friend I have ever had. Ride Safe Joe.

Greetings and welcome!! All of the above is spot on..always a great response here. Given what everyone said about ride outs....and proximity...we should organise a logistical annual sweet spot..travel to it for a weekend,meet up, ride out...(etc etc..you get me!) That would be mayhem I’m prepared to have in my life!! We can all drool on the quantity of black bikes all in one place!! Feel free to start a thread on it..
