Dear weight watchers support group I have a problem. Recently I got on the scales and I haven't a clue how much I weigh can anyone work it out? In kg would be good

FFS! first Sunday weigh in, no alcohol for a week, exercise every day, no eating crap food, result .... I weighed the same as last week

Nah mate! Happens sometimes, will keep at it, the weight will come off if I keep going.
The no alcohol is the difficult part coz when the weekend arrives like most people I normally go & have a few!
