We could be but it'd be a lot later by the time we got to Gourock. Nikki is meeting us at Brampton at 11am-ish. I was thinking of going over the ferry, but it might be getting too late.

 

Right, time to get the washing machine loaded so I've got some clean kecks to wear.

 

Charging up the gadgets, loading up the baggage roll tomorrow. Looking forward to meeting you lot on monday!

 

I know. We'll discus it tomorrow. It just means we might only arrive in time for Jamesies' treacle pudding.

 

Woke up early, all excited, washing machine and tumble dryer on, early breakfast, bloody starving again.

I forgot to mention that some poor guy had to push his very new BMW onto the ship. Don't know what was wrong with it. But not a good start or end to his trip.

About 15 bikes passed me today British and touring, 2/3 where BMW, look like an owners outing.

 

Lots of bikes past my shop today,loads of Germans on GS 1200s as usual

The week of the GMU Bellingham a couple of years ago, when I did a mini tour of Scotland, I counted nearly 2 GS's for every other bike combined. Huge stats for BMW.

 

I'm on my way, just stopped at a Moto services on the M6 for a cuppa cha and it's getting wet outside. Oh well, looking forward to my fish and chips in Moffat tonight.

 

Bike is all loaded up and rearing to go, as am I.

 

I've stuck the paniers on the Harley and the Triumph, cause if it's going to be damp roads (which is looking likely) I'll take the Triumph, away to look out my gear now and I'll pack it away in whichever panniers in the morning
