Still haven't taken delivery, but miffed now Was told bike would be in paint shop for a week, it's been there 2 now and will be returned to the dealership a week today. Not a happy chap at all, tired of sales B/S and lack if curtesy calls to keep me posted on progress. I have had to call the dealership who are very reactive as opposed to pro active! I should have known I was going to have issues from the day I took my PX bike in and the salesman dealing was on his day off?? He simply forgot to inform me he always has Mondays off!! So far not very happy with my first ever triumph purchase
That doesn't sound good! I feel for you, is the paint job getting done there or elsewhere? Call the paint shop direct? Hope it gets sorted
The bike went straight from factory to 8 ball for a custom job, its seems to have taken an age to do a tank, front fender and cowl!! Now told it will be pdi on Thursday of next week so I expect it to be ready for pick up Friday of next week I really hope its worth the wait
