My first trip of the year is next week Easter Friday to Ostend in Belgium. Waspy and I are looking forward to it.

You’re right there Dave, however I was in sunny Blighty last week and purchased a new pair of boots from J & S Accessories in Northwich, so less chance of Waspy stinging my foot.

 

Wise move getting new boots Nikki, hopefully you binned the old ones or at least got some laces
Did you go to the store or mail order.
If you went to the store you should have given me a shout and I could have met you there and you could have bought me a breakfast

 

I went to the store. I like it there as there is so much choice. I’ll let you buy me breakfast (or lunch) next time. It’s the least you can do for a foreign visitor

 

You Europeans are not only happy to fleece is Brits with your EU demands you want us to feed you as well

Abi has unfortunatley had to pull out of the trip,i know it's a long shot but if any one knows of a single Female who would like to come on the trip and share a room with Nikki let me know ASAP!!
The Hotel in Queensferry is paid and if no one else comes Abi is not looking for a refund which is very good of her (so Nikki will not have to pay more for that hotel)
I will give it a week or so incase some one does manage to come before i go phoning the accomodation

I'm so sorry.
I was so looking forward to this.
But in my search for a house, I got the opportunity now for a house I can't refuse. I get the key 21st of May. This makes it very hard for me to go on the trip as well.

I'm happy to have finally found a great home for me and my kids. But I'm really, really sad to not join you guys on the trip I was looking forward to for so long. I was literally counting the days. This now changes to counting the days to get the key of our new home.

If anyone hasn't already copied the daily Scottish Road Trip routes from my page on the myroute-app web site, i have also put them on the "Triumph Forum" group route page

 

I got them off your myroute page - they're quietly sitting in my sat nav in anticipation!

A few folk have suggested having 2 groups of riders as it will be easier to keep everyone together.
i'll lead the first group and the 2nd group can follow a few minutes later
