Ive got a big crack in my windscreen so booked via insurance Autoglass. I thought I'd give them just under 2 weeks notice to get a good mid week slot. Naturally in this day and age you turn into their unpaid admin staff. Does it all myself with no human interaction on their side to be given a 09.00 - 17.00 slot on a Wednesday. WTF really that's the best they can do, they expect me to waste a full day off work waiting to suit them......

You're actually lucky to see them at all within a month. Autoglass "lost" two of my appointments and every time I had to go to the back of the two week queue. The technician who finally showed up was ace but their admin is an utter shambles. I actually changed insurer to avoid these useless wankers if I need to make a glass claim in the future as I was tied to them with no option to go elsewhere under the deal I had at the time.
Even funnier that her parents say they will raise her new born baby... What could possibly go wrong? They did so well first time around...
