Been in the garage today
Glad I didn’t bin them side plates as I’ve used one of them for the top box mount
Will take this to work tomorrow and get some sneaky welding done
Then I’ll bring it back to NUDGER and refit it in place
It’s gonna be too awkward to sneak about with it after that as I can’t hide it under my overalls anymore
So I’ll have to go in next Saturday and get it finished then
That should be it then after a lick of paint I think it’ll be all done by next weekend

 

Dilli you could hide it under your overalls if you lost some weight

The thing is Dilli’s been trying to shed some weight and the comment was encouragement

 

Ah gotya, not sure he was ever serious about the weight loss though......

So I got in from work tonight and went straight into the garage to make a start on the finishing and adjustments before the big weld up on Saturday
Went in for my tea and got press ganged into going shopping for a FECKIN BLOUSE for wor lass
She’s gotta rare night out on the lash on Friday
Of course she couldn’t possibly wear one of the other Feckin hundred blouses that she owns
Oh no I have to take her to the Feckin retail park don’t I
Thursday night is now the finishing night instead
