Ah so easy, never thought about changing the region. Cheers. Missed racing programmes before from NI and asked on another forum but nobody came back with any options.
We bought some grandstand tickets, and they weren't that dear. However, walking up to the stands, there were loads of places to stand and watch, or in peoples' front gardens (for a fee). Good thing about grandstand seats is that the bikes slow down for the chicane, otherwise they're going past you at 190mph+!
