You need to show a little more patience Glyn. Just press shop now. Close the chat window when it comes up. The accessories page will open. Phone any enquiries or orders to Woburn (my branch) not Wellingborough.
It wasn’t an issue with patience, perhaps the website needs a little adjustment to make it more user friendly. It didn’t direct me to shop now, only live chat
@Glyn Phillips Good feedback, thanks. Maybe it's a browser thing. Which browser are you using? I'll get someone to look in to it. When I try it at home in Mozilla browsers and click Accessories the 'shop now' link is in the middle of the screen with a Live Chat pop-up on the left which can be minimised. Here at work when I try it in Google it jumps straight to a page with all the models to click on and then to the accessories for that bike; the live chat pop-up can again be minimised.

@Glyn Phillips The pop up is Woburn chat. There's something amiss somewhere with the links. Is this on pc or a mobile device? Which browser are you using?
