Not round (lol) pistoned NR 750
    £70k any takers?
Salesmen was telling me how rare it was and bulling it up, only a handful made and it's a sound investment, you won't find another, blah blah blah.
Picked my phone out of my pocket and said here you go picture of another one with fairings off.
    where's that one?
    In a friends garage! :)

You should have seen his face :joy:

I think it was the NR500 that had oval pistons mate and not the NR750.
The NR750 (road model)had elliptical pistons.

The only reason I’m pointing this out is that when you buy the NR750 at £70k and you sell it on for a profit
I wouldn’t want your advert to be misleading ;);)

Personally if I was going to splash £70k about I'd buy at least three bikes with it rather than stick it all into one.

But the same original purchaser (maybe) had 7000 miles of enjoyment out of it as well.
Sounds a fair investment if you get to use it now and again on a sunny day.

It’s a loss once you allow for inflation.

A bit like the profits of some of the big supermarkets in recent years. Their return on investment has been less than they would get from a deposit account.....it just sounds impressive because of the size of their turnover but as a % it’s piddling......and that is before dodgy stock and site valuations!
